I embrace the mantra, “If you put your mind to it, you can achieve anything!” Suffering from several adversities in my life including a traumatic brain injury (TBI) and back surgery, I can prove that your mind is extremely powerful. My whole life I used exercise, diet and a healthy lifestyle to overcome my challenges both mentally, physically and spiritually, but I was really put to the test 17 years ago when a life threatening accident raised the stakes and altered the purpose of my life.
Exercise, diet and a healthy lifestyle is a choice! It strengthens, injects positivity into all areas of your life and will help you see that anything in your life is possible. I want to teach you all what I’ve learned and experienced working with different bodies and minds throughout my career. I’ve used this education to influence millions of others to live the life they have always wanted. It’s never too late!
